Through a rigorous bidding process, finally on December 19, 2023, Viet Phat Construction and Services Trading Company overcame many strong competitors in the construction field to officially become the General Contractor for project construction and system installation. This is a completely worthy result for Viet Phat and all officers, engineers and employees who have worked hard. myself in the past.
Accordingly, the project has an investor from Hong Kong with a total contract value of nearly 100 billion VND located in Dong Van 3 Support Industrial Park, Tien Noi ward, Duy Tien town, Ha Nam province. This is considered a strategic location, bringing great economic development potential and creating jobs for the locality.
Previously, in the first month of November 2023, SMC Investor visited Viet Phat projects that have been and are being constructed, and also expressed satisfaction and praise for the quality and aesthetics of the projects.
Hopefully, the SMC Vietnam factory project phase 1 will be a great success and contribute to promoting the economic and industrial development of Ha Nam in particular and of Vietnam in general.
